PCSO national lotto and local STL: do not exchange one result for the other
A national Lotto result cannot be substituted for a local number-game record because the two digits are the same. First name the game, origin, place if local draw and session. Numbers are just part of the identity; they are not the whole identity.
Two types of source context
The PCSO national lotto archive has named game and draw-date fields. In PCSO Citizens’ Charter 2023, online lottery operations and other operational services are separate. This is a historical organizational reference, not proof of the current local schedule, local operator authority or availability in a particular area.

When you can’t find it in the national search
Just an example: there is a note “Pares, place X, 5PM”, but what you opened is a national 2D row. Even if the number pair is similar, that is not verification of the local record. Go back to the actual product source; if the operator or area label is not found, mark the record as unresolved.

A sentence that is more accurate
“The source scope did not match this note” is better than “the local result is wrong”. The first is true observation of comparison. The second is a conclusion that still requires the local source itself.
