Lobby counter versus game rules
The lobby is a general menu. Eligible settings, local configuration and special triggers that can only be found in game help may be missing here. Open the rules of the actual selected title before using a counter as a basis of comparison. When the lobby and game information are different, look for the current documentation instead of selecting the larger number.
Check if the full title and variant are listed on the counter. If only one family name is displayed, that is not enough for the eligibility of each variant.
